Feel at home in this luxury waterfront apartment, the Aura, located on the second floor of the Coral Resort, just a 2-minute walk to Clearwater Beach. This designer 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and stainless steel appliances in the Michelin-quality kitchen. The kitchen includes a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, island seating for 2, floating shelves for storage, and a dual Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there is a chic L-shaped sofa and two smart TVs. Parking is available on-site and included in your stay. A pack 'n play can be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and stores all within a very short walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Parties are not allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The balcony is a standing-room only balcony and shared with your neighbor. Please practice regular precaution when on the balcony and do not throw anything over the side. The pool is managed by the resort, not the trusted partner. Therefore any issues with the pool should be shared with the trusted partner but also the resort. Please make sure to follow the resorts rules for the pool. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all check-in times are 4PM EST and checkout times are 10AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Ex. if you have not left by 11:45AM you will be charged $70. Depending on availability and subject to the team's approval, you can request for an early check in or late checkout. For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV.
