The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for those who love to cook while enjoying the stunning views. Resort amenities include a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a laundry facility. The apartment boasts a master queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air, providing a comfortable and luxurious accommodation experience. The interior is adorned with high-quality, hand-selected furnishings, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door, and a floating vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a double door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, an oven, stove top, microwave, farmers sink, island with seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig k-cup/drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Entertainment options include two Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, and a chic L-shaped sofa. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. A parking pass must be used and visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Located just a short walk from Clearwater Beach, the apartment is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques. Guests can enjoy the vibrant town of Clearwater Beach without needing a car, although free parking is available for those who bring one. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. No parties are allowed at any time, and smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the apartment. A $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The balcony is standing-room only and shared with a neighbor. Please practice regular precaution when on the balcony. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and the management team. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the Smart TVs. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
