Welcome to the Aura, a luxury waterfront apartment where you can feel at home, located on the 2nd floor of the Coral Resort and just a 2-minute walk to Clearwater Beach. This designer 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and stainless steel appliances in the Michelin-quality kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, floating shelves for storage, and a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker. The bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa. Parking is on-site and included with your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in and make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October–November 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). [SI]
