This unit is amazing! Welcome home to a rarely available corner unit in the most well-coveted condominium building in Harwood Heights! This unit also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and they are separated by the main living space, which adds to a sense of privacy. The west facing primary bedroom is accentuated by a cove ceiling, solid wood doors, a built-in closet organizer and a primary bathroom. It is beautiful. The second bedroom is just as spacious and the feeling is just as perfect. This unit also features an in-unit, side-by-side washer and dryer, a first floor fitness center at no additional charge, a main entry secured system, a private mailroom, one indoor, heated garage parking space (I-33), one storage space (I-33, as well) and a designated indoor space for all unit owners to wash their cars! The rental price includes heat, water, gas, basic cable, Wi-Fi, parking and storage. Tenants only pay for electricity. Tenants can also park a second car on Olcott Avenue or Lawrence Avenue. This location is close to it all: Mariano's, Starbucks, Portillo's, Lou Malnati's, Deli-4-U, Amazon Fresh, Click-fil-A, the Harlem-Irving Plaza, access to the Kennedy Expressway, O'Hare Airport, Rosemont Outlet Mall and, most importantly, two great schools: Pennoyer Elementary and Maine South High School. NOTE: The property management company charges a $150 lease fee. The HOA charges a $200 non-refundable move-in fee. The HOA charges a refundable $350 move-in fee as long as there are not any damages to the common areas. The HOA then charges a $200 non-refundable move-out fee. The HOA also charges a refundable $350 move-out fee as long as there are not any damages to the common area. The owner charges a per person $300 non-refundable, one-time charge, move-in fee in lieu of a security deposit plus the first month's rent. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply. The HOA's leasing packet is attached to this listing sheet. No pets. No smoking. No evictions. No vaping or marijuana usage in the unit or on the premises.
