481 is a pretty great place to live. It's quiet and close to downtown without all of the noise and craziness. The space and storage are great and the amenities of the complex are good too. Overall this is a great place to live in Sunnyvale. Some of the appliances are a bit low-end (dishwasher, stove), but they all work and the property manager is a great person to work with.
This is the best apt I've lived at. I didn't know wooden floors would be so nice, I love ample storage and central AC that warms all places including the bathroom.
481 On Mathilda has made my living very pleasant and enjoyable. The management is always on top of any issues or concerns that I have and they are very friendly and courteous. The courtyard at this apartments is very beautiful and a relaxing place to be especially during the pandemic. I strongly suggest this beautiful apartments to live in!
481 is a great community. The management and maintenance staff are super friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and amicable. The community is quiet and has a good amount of outdoor space. 481 was levels above the competing apartments in the area. I definitely recommend living here if a unit is available.
