Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Smoking and drugs are prohibited on the property, and noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests violate any rules.
