The Peacock Place combines modern elegance with family comfort, offering ample space for both relaxation and gathering. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing meals and spending quality time together. Key features include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, smart TVs in every bedroom, a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, a heated swimming pool with screened-in enclosure, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Unfortunately, cats are not accepted due to allergies, and a maximum of two house-trained, groomed pets are welcome with prior notification.
