About 4801 N Bell Ave Chicago, IL 60625
2 bedroom apartment available in Lincoln Square, just two blocks from the Square and its shops and restaurants, and three blocks from the Western brown line station. Also very close to 81 Lawrence bus, 49 Western Bus, 49B North Western Bus, and 11 Lincoln Bus. Convenient to multiple grocery stores (Marianos & Harvestime), and all that Lincoln Square has to offer. There are two parks within a very short walk, including the large Winnemac Park with lots of grass, sports fields, and natural prairie grass. It is a first floor corner unit in a professionally managed and well-maintained building, with a full-time maintenance man on site. There is coin-operated laundry ($1.25 per wash/dry) and bicycle storage in the basement. The apartment has two above-average-sized bedrooms - they easily accommodate a queen bed and could comfortably house a king. Both bedrooms have closets, there is a hall closet, and the bathroom has a very handy storage closet. The kitchen has plenty of room for a big table, and the living room is spacious. Visit the building's website: http://www.bell-lawrence.com/ This is a re-let. You would be taking over a lease with four months remaining (December 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016), and assume all responsibility for the lease. You would have the opportunity to negotiate a new lease with Wirtz, the building management company, following this term. The rent is $1115/month, and includes heat and cooking gas. There is a $975 security deposit. The only utility you have to pay is electric. In the non-A/C months, this has cost me $30-$40/month.
4801 N Bell Ave is an apartment community located in Cook County and the 60625 ZIP Code.
