About This Property

Newly purchased and remodeled townhouse. Everything is new, sleek, and modern. Looking for a great person to fill the last room. I would prefer to find a long term tenant and lifelong friend, but the lease term is month-to-month. The location is amazing!! It is just a short bike ride to the beach - either Venice Beach or Playa del Rey. It's also right next to the marina and Playa Vista, close to LAX, and not too far from Santa Monica. I'm 28 years old and would prefer people aged 21-35. I work a lot on weekdays and would like roommates who also have regular schedules. On weekends we can hang out, grab some drinks, hit the beach, play some sports, play some games, but you can also enjoy some peace and quiet at home if that's your thing. The house has 2 patios and a balcony, so there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. We host get togethers with friends once a month or so on weekends, and want the roommate to always feel welcome to join. The room is available now. I don't mind having it vacant until I find the right roommate. It has actually been vacant ever since I bought the place because I wanted it to just be a guest room, but now decided to rent it out. The living environment comes with many perks. For example, we have 4 beach cruisers that are sitting in the garage so you and your guests can take them out for a nice bike ride along the beach anytime you want. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and very well maintained scenery. Also just got brand new appliances, including top notch washer/dryer that will actually clean your clothes without damaging them. Price includes most utitlies: water, gas, trash, internet. The only additional costs will be electricity and housekeeping. We get regular housekeeping, at least every 3 weeks, to always keep the common areas clean.
