Recently meticulously updated & renovated, modern touches, stained glass windows & high-end appliances. The hot tub will be up and running in mid-April. 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Large and private lot. This 2.5-acre property has a wonderful view of Mt. Timpanogos. Only 5 minutes to downtown Heber. Not only is this home beautiful, but it is also a local treasure. The home is significant to the State of Utah, as a registered historic property The enormous master suite and bathroom are luxurious. The Timpanogos mountain view will take your breath away. The home is available immediately. It is fully furnished and has everything you would expect to find in a vacation rental. Utilities and internet are not included in the monthly rent amount. A 3-month minimum is required. Up to 15 month lease maximum, month-to-month possible after that. This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends.
