Lots of storage in the basement, as well as laundry hook ups (machines are currently there). From the basement you can walk out to your patio and large yard. The Charles River is just through the trees, easy to launch a canoe or kayak. Parking for three cars and this is not a through street, so no traffic! Local Taverns are less than a 1/4 mile (Dunn & Gaherins) and 1/2 mile away (The Biltmore Bar & Grill), as well as the post office and other local shops. the current dining room will be made into a 3rd bedroom due to the oversized living room. Pets Ok.
