If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and needs to be booked in advance. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets; large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Please be informed that the dishwasher and blender are temporarily unavailable. This property does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable. Pets less than 30lbs are very welcome at this home with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
