It's located 1/2 block from the Fulton Opera House, Prince St. Cafe, Ware Performing Arts Center, and one block from Central Market, Steinman Park and the Lancaster Convention Center/Marriot Hotel. This apartment home includes a nice kitchen, full dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and an outdoor deck for your morning coffee or for relaxing at the end of the day. The appliances include a gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. A convenient laundry is located in the building. The rent is $1,130./month and includes water, sewer and trash, and the tenant pays for electric and gas. We are looking for clean, quiet tenant/tenants. Good credit is required. This apartment is non-smoking. Cats, dogs or ferrets are not permitted -- sorry, no exceptions. The lease term is for one year. We've heard our share of stories about those "not so nice" apartments on the market. Perhaps you recently viewed one in your apartment search. Our response to this state of affairs is simple.
