An optional Golf Membership is available, so please inquire for more information. Free car parking is available for up to three vans, and additional guest parking is available on the road. Located in the best location inside Highlands Reserve Resort, this property boasts breathtaking views overlooking the golf course, just 200 yards from the Club House. It is also within walking distance to the tennis court, community Olympic size swimming pool, playground, and pro shop. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, and outlet stores surround the property, and the Publix grocery store is less than a mile away. Disney World is just a 9-mile drive away. There is a water park H2O only about 7.5 miles from the home and an Epperson Crystal Lagoon about 50 miles away. No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed and completely hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends.
