This spacious villa offers a luxurious retreat perfect for large groups and multigenerational families. This villa boasts a chef-ready kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, blender, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Gather around the large dining table and breakfast bar for family meals. The living room features a plush sectional and a 65” Smart TV. Two private master suites offer comfort and convenience: an upstairs suite with a spa bathroom, soaking tub, walk-in shower, workstation, and 65” Smart TV, and a downstairs Minnie & Mickey-themed suite with direct pool access and a private en-suite. Themed bedrooms for kids include an Inside Out Glow Room, an Avatar Adventure Room, a Harry Potter Bunk Room, and Moana’s Island Escape. Enjoy endless entertainment in a dedicated arcade closet with a full-size Pac-Man arcade and other retro-style games. Experience movie nights in the private, Star Wars-themed theater with a large projector screen and 6 leather recliner chairs. Enjoy a private heated pool and spa with optional heating for $35/day, required for the full stay. Covered patio with loungers, a dining set, and a BBQ grill are available. For families, a pack 'n play crib, stroller, high chair, baby gates, and changing table are provided. Resort amenities include a water park with a lazy river, slides, and splash pad, a zero-entry resort pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, poolside dining, an arcade, mini-golf, kayak rentals, a fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and on-site food and snacks. A maximum of three cars per reservation are permitted, with vehicle registration required at the main gate for a car pass. RVs, campers, or trailers are not permitted. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a $175 pet fee. Conveniently situated in Orlando, this villa is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Orlando, and 11 miles from SeaWorld Orlando. Essential shopping at Target, Publix, Walmart, and Premium Outlets are within 3 miles. The area is surrounded by family dining and attractions. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $1,500 penalty fee for any violations. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all decks, porches, and steps, with additional fees for extensive cleaning and odor removal if violated. Tampering with smoke detectors incurs a $1,000 fine. Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee. Check-in is after the specified check-in time, and check-out is before the specified check-out time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for purchase. Guests are required to complete an online check-in process including ID verification and a security hold. The upstairs master suite includes a workstation. Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank during their stay. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. Pool heating is an additional $40 per day and must be booked at least a week in advance for the entire stay.
