We are located at the foothill of Baldwin Hills Estates- multi-million dollar properties and gated communities. This part of Los Angeles is very quiet and green with three beautiful parks within a 1 mile radius. One is immediately below the townhouse with a putting green, jogging trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, BBQ grill stations and, of course, a children's playground with slides, climbing structure and swings. Kenneth Hahn Park, 400 acres natural life preserve, with hiking, fishing, running creeks and a lovely lotus pond, is less than a mile away. Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook offering fantastic views of the city is 3 min away. The townhouse is on the hillside near the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac street that has properties on only one side and a very nice green tree lined hillside on the other that is accessible via a walking path. Getting around: This townhouse is located in the Baldwin Hills area of Los Angeles. It is adjacent to Culver City, Inglewood and Ladera Heights.
