CB Properties is locally owned and operated in Memphis, TN. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and 4+ star Google Rating that has been earned from taking care of the residents that live in our homes. We offer a self-showing option, or we can have a staff member meet you to show the home. All Lease Terms are 2 years. CB Properties is ideally looking for 4x the rent amount. A $40 application fee is required on everyone over the age of 18 living in the home. Upon pulling the application, we are evaluating credit and background. This charge is non-refundable. A current MLGW bill (or eligibility letter) and positive rental history is required. At this time, our homes are not approved for Section 8 vouchers. Avoid Rental Scams: CB Properties does not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. Rather, you would bring a property reservation fee to our office at 1060 Brookfield Rd, Memphis, TN 38119. Other scam red flags are: the rental price does not match what is listed on our website, scam warning stickers are not posted on the front door or inside the house, the individual showing the home claims CB Properties is no longer the Property Manager, or the application process is not done online.
