The 2 car garage has room for the extras while the private, concrete patio out back is the perfect place to relax. HVAC system, dryer and toilets replaced in 2023. Walkable parks, stores, restaurants etc. If you feel like exercising the walking/bike paths are a great option! There are multiple ponds and walking trails in the neighborhood. This townhome attends Oswego 308 Schools and is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. *All applicants 18 and over must complete an application with credit and background check included. *Total gross monthly household income must be at least 3x monthly rent amount. *Security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent but is dependent on overall application score. *Minimum combined average credit score of 600 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details and will require a monthly credit risk mitigation fee (see application instructions for details). *Pets are permitted with an additional deposit & monthly pet fee.
