About this space Renovated and furnished with the guest in mind. Beds are gel foam mattresses! We put special effort to provide a comfortable, clean place for our guest.....the same way we would like when visit other homes when we travel. No disappointment for our home. The space Be one of the first ones to book in this newly renovated home. While it is a two bedroom, it is a large floor plan that will allow plenty of room to spread out. Pictures clearly show plenty of space in this home. 100% pet friendly. We allow pets. We charge a $89 one time pet fee per pet. House has 3 half baths and one full bath. We have recently greatly improved our property for your comfort and overall experience. Our professional photography has been uploaded. Attached a few of our new and improved property. Guest access We have tried to think of most everything to make your home enjoyable while away from your home. This listing is for the entire home and is setup for Airbnb guests. Other things to note PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a spacious townhouse. It's great for business, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house. PARKING Due to limited parking, 2 cars allowed only Limited parking. 2 cars allowed. Parking should be directly in front of townhome. We allow a maximum of 2 pets weighing 20 lbs. $89 per pet per stay
