In search of one tenant (or a couple) to rent my Kingfield/Tangletown top floor condo unit! The apartment is located on Nicollet between 47th and 48th Streets. -Laundry is in the basement, free not coin operated. There is one washer and one dryer. -You get 1 off street parking space behind the building. -Your water, garbage and heat are included in your rent, your only utilities would be internet and electric. Believe the building has fiber internet. -Separate basement storage room with shelving -Building handles snow removal If you are not familiar with the neighborhood, this is a really great place to live. It is near public transit, and within walking distance to many other conveniences. This unit has only been rented twice in 8 years, so people tend to want to stay until their circumstances no longer allow. Pets are okay but at my discretion. No smoking in or around the building, this is enforced for all tenants. Rent is paid on the 1st of every month via Zelle or PayPal. Income and employment verification as well as a criminal background check are required of all tenants on the lease. Anyone in the apartment must be on the lease.
