THE SMALL PRINT We try to not have too many rules, but here are some policies to pay particular attention to:
1. Pets: Well behaved, housetrained pets allowed. Pets must be friendly, non-barking, non-chewing, and doesn't bark or howl in the house when you're away.
2. NO SMOKING. NO smoking on the property (not even outside, because the first thing it does is drift into the house next door.) We understand that occasionally renters may have a guest or a party where people are smoking outside, but daily smokers are not welcome.
3. Vehicles: Since the parking on our street is now more limited due to new homes, ADUs and bio-swales, be aware that a household with many cars is not ideal.
5. Basement is not usable as a bedroom.
6. Please note that this house has only one full bath on the main floor. The half bath is in the basement.
7. All adult renters must be on lease at all times, which means all adult renters must fill out an application.
