Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere. If you prefer a laid-back lifestyle without the action of a big city, expect to enjoy life in this neighborhood. Similar to many Washington neighborhoods, Elk Plain is extremely wooded and features towering trees.
