The fully fenced backyard with a propane grill and outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, plus additional driveway space. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. This home is just minutes from the Brazos Expo Center, RELLIS Campus, and local dining and shopping. Explore downtown Bryan’s cultural district, and enjoy walking and biking trails nearby. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $50 per person. Pets are allowed at this property, and if any pets are found without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. No trash or other items may be left on the property, and there will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way, and failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
