Prefer someone who works full-time out of the house/in-person, has an active lifestyle, and doesn't come with a lot of stuff (home is fully furnished) (maybe you are new in town or here temporarily?). Room is available now. Looking to start with a month to month plan as a probationary period in order to make sure it is a good fit from both sides. After that, open to creating a 6-12 month lease.
