Newly remodeled on the inside means you get to be first to enjoy the changes to this traditional home built in the 40's. The lot is split so there is a main house and then a fully furnished studio unit above the garage (which is being used as owner storage only). There is plenty of offstreet parking for both units on the property and space for pets to run around safely, though use of the lake is highly recommended because why waste a good path around the beautiful lake?
