Up for rent is a room in a two floor condo for the summer. Located on Archer Rd, it's a very easy drive to the University of Florida. Nearby is the Butler Plaza where stores such as Publix, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy can be found. Quiet neighborhood. The room itself is 13' x 13' approximately with both a connecting bathroom and a walk-in closet. It has both a ceiling fan and there is central heating for cooling the condo in the summer. The apartment has a washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator available for use by everyone living inside. It is located on the first floor. Rent is $450 + half of electricity bill. Internet and water are included as part of the rent. Depending on time of day, internet speeds are 100Mbps Download and 9 Mbps Upload. Tested at 4:00p.m. by speedtest.net. The condo will be shared by one other person, a student. Room will be available for rent until the 21st of August. This room is only open to students. The housing complex has a gym and pool available for use by all residents.
