This is for the back cottage, not the "front house") - Beautiful vaulted ceiling in living room - French doors from main bedroom to living room - Full kitchen with vintage Wedgewood gas stove - Tons of storage - Reverse osmosis water purifier at kitchen sink - Can provide countertop microwave if you don’t have one already - Plenty of street parking - Washer/dryer use included in main house basement - Gas wall heater in living room & AC in main bedroom, ceiling fans in living room and office - Each bedroom has a large closet with Elfa shelving that can be reconfigured for your needs (shelves vs. hanging) - Easy access to highways 101, 280/680, and 880 and major tech companies (Googlecampus, Apple, downtown San Jose businesses) - Close to Santana Row and downtown Willow Glen shopping and dining - Public transportation nearby - Diridon/San Jose Main Caltrain; Ace train, Tamien Lightrail , buses at the end of the street - Utilities: Flat rate $175 for the first person for everything except cable/internet - Pet policy: Cat-friendly with deposit; sorry but no dogs. There is a 16 ½ year old border collie mix in the main house, though, if you need a pet fix, and a feral girl kitty who’ll let you feed her! The walls are now neutral tone, the main bedroom is a stunning navy blue but it can be painted another color if it’s not for you. I don’t have current photos because current tenant moved out and I'm cleaning and finishing up any repairs
