Quick access to major highways makes road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore a breeze. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine if smoke or the smell of smoke is detected. No shoes are allowed inside the home. Sidewalks are maintained once every 48 hours upon snowfall, and driveways are cleared. Be mindful of snow melting in the garage. The use of the mailbox is not included; a PO box can be set up on inquiry for a fee. If items are left behind, guests must arrange collection within 14 days of checkout, with shipping incurring a $50 fee plus postage.
