Broadway has lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lakeview Athletic Club and UFC Gym down the street. Wrigleyville close by. Minutes away from the lake. Marianos, Trader Joes, Jewel Osco, and Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby. Walgreens down the street.
