Also included are most utilities--electricity, water, gas, trash, recycling, and fiber/high speed internet--but arrangement does not include phone or cable/satellite TV service. Does not include laundry access, but residence is centrally located in Woodland Park, three blocks from laundromat, Memorial Park, and main street (Hwy 24). Uncovered parking available. Woodland Park is bordered by the Pike National Forest, and despite its motto as “the city above the clouds,” it still looks up to the towering Pikes Peak to the south.
