About This Property

With almost 4,000 sqft of space this home has something for everyone. A master suite with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous front room with large windows, beautifully landscaped yard, balcony, hot tub hook ups, back and front patios! The upper level has a loft area and two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The main level contains the front room, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, guest bathroom, and master suite. The unfinished basement is HUGE!! This open concept space is currently being used as four distinct spaces. This property also has solar panels, an entire home humidifier, an upgraded air purification system, and a water softener. Washer, Dryer and Hot Tub are not included. However, there are hook-ups in place. Pet Policy Up two pets. $35 per month, pet fee. $300 pet deposit. No Cats. We do not accept aggressive breeds that may include AKITAS, DOBERMANS, ROTTWEILERS, PIT BULLS (American or Staffordshire Terriers), CHOWS, WOLF HYBRIDS, OR MASTIFFS.
