You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
