This compact yet comfortable cabin serves as an ideal basecamp for all your Kenai adventures, featuring a studio layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sleeping area, including a Queen bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. The Rainbow Trout Retreat offers a cozy studio space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sleeping area. After a day of fishing, relax in the Queen bed or the Twin over Full bunk bed. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a charge of $10 per exterior location if not cleaned. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability with a fee of $15 per hour. Extended stays over 15 days incur an additional cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee. Lower Kenai Lodge is nestled on a secluded acre, just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor amenities such as fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, the cabin is close to sightseeing, fishing, and the tranquility of the Kenai Peninsula. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Guests are responsible for locking windows and doors to prevent wildlife encounters. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, but no cameras are located indoors. Communication with guest services is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT. If locked out, guests may need to call a locksmith at their own cost. Moving furniture is prohibited, with a $500 fee if cleaners need to reset the property. Missing or broken items must be reported, and additional charges may apply. Garbage must be bagged and placed in bins, with a $30 fee per bin for unbagged garbage.
