Includes personal in Unit Laundry machine and Laundry room that has lots of storage. Air Conditioning: There is no AC for the unit, however, since it's in a basement unit it stays 68 to 72 degrees year round. Even on the 100 degree days this year it stayed a consistent 70 degrees which will save you a ton of money in electricity. Great location: Right by Hawthorne Street and right behind Por Que No!, and Apizza Scholls. Walkable to Mount Tabor Park! Great Walk Score & Bike Score: Walkers Paradise with a Walkscore of 95! Bikers Paradise with a Bikescore of 100! Unit is located under an Airbnb. The Airbnb is a completely separate unit is commonly rented to families and has quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM with a no parties allowed policy. Parking: It is street parking and there is always plenty of street parking in the area. Pets OK upon approval.
