Short term or month to month lease. I am renting out the second bedroom in my house. It has new carpet, 2 large new windows, and a good-sized closet. The larger bathroom, that is shared by guests, would be yours with a shower tub combo and large vanity. All the appliances are new. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The house is already furnished but there is the possibility to coordinate moving in new furniture. The house has been recently updated. There is a cozy wood burning stove, a gourmet kitchen, fenced back yard, large deck for entertaining, large front yard with garden beds, garage storage space, and a large driveway with additional street parking. Must be dog friendly as I do have 1 German Shepard who is couch potato, 1 Corgi Mix who loves to cuddled full time. My lap dog Golden Retriever who stays with me occasionally when she isn't with my mom. The house is shared with my fiance and myself. We both work full time and enjoy traveling and being outside when we are off. In the winter we spend quite a bit of time with family. In the summer, we are often away camping, fishing, or hiking. I am ideally looking for someone who is tidy and responsible. The terms are short term due to plans to sell the property next year.
