I intend to renovate the pool in the spring of 2025, which would include resurfacing the pool, new tiles, and new coping stone. The fenced in backyard is great—lots of room for parties on the pool terrace, grilling, and a pad at the west end of the yard for a firepit. In addition to every bedroom having a closet, there is a linen closet, coat closet, utility room, and then a large storage room at the back of the 2-car carport.
