About This Property

Broadmoor Springs Apartments is a 78 unit apartment community situated in the southwest part of Colorado Springs, in an area otherwise known as The Broadmoor. This is one of Colorado Springs' most desirable neighborhoods. We are nestled close to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and situated for easy access to downtown, Peterson Air Force Base, Fort Carson Army Post, and several State Recreation Areas. Stores, including major chain supermarket, are conveniently located five minutes' walking distance of the community. Broadmoor Springs offers a choice of sunny, spacious, one bedroom/one bathroom, two bedroom/one bathroom, two bedroom/two bathroom, and three bedroom/to bathroom apartments, divided between four widely-spaced buildings. All apartments have large patios or balconies. Other features include large walk-in hallway closets, standard baths, and wall-to-wall closets in each bedroom. Also provided are dishwashers, garbage disposals, electric ranges, refrigerators, and air conditioning units, which are a rarity in Colorado Springs and much appreciated during our hot summers. Each building is equipped with its own laundry room containing new, coin-operated washers and dryers. Our beautiful community sits on approximately 4 1/2 acres of lawns and landscaped areas, including many mature trees, decorative shrubs, and rock gardens, and offer a breathtaking view of Cheyenne Mountain. Provided for our resident's enjoyment and convenience are a heated, fenced pool, playground, and bountiful parking!

City - Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs sits at the foot of Pikes Peak, where the Rocky Mountains give way to the high plains, making the mountains a constant presence in daily life rather than a distant backdrop. As Colorado's second-largest city, it anchors the southern Front Range with a strong mix of military installations, defense contractors, and higher education institutions, including the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. That economic foundation gives the city a steady, grounded character that sets it apart from its northern neighbor, Denver.

Neighborhoods here run a wide range, from the historic architecture and walkable streets of Old Colorado City to the upscale foothills setting of Broadmoor and the activity around downtown's Tejon Street corridor. Renters can choose from garden-style apartment communities tucked into quiet residential pockets, high-density complexes near major employment corridors, and spacious townhomes with mountain views.
