About This Home
This basement studio apartment has a compact but complete kitchen (not shown), a bath with a big shower, and a very large closet. Two east-facing windows and one north-facing window bring in daylight, especially in the morning. Close to everything: 3.5 blocks to UW Classroom Building; 2 to supermarket, restaurants, shopping. Recently repainted. Nice and warm due to its proximity to the building's furnace. Wired for Internet! (There's a jack already installed for service by LARIAT, and you'll get a 25% discount off the usual rates -- making it less expensive than Qwest, Bresnan, or even the University's DSL). Private and economical (you get your own space for less than what you'd pay to share a unit with several people at commercial student housing complexes) because gas, electricity and city services are included in the rent. Considerably nicer than most apartments in this price range in Laramie, and an especially good deal since utilities are included. Must see! Sorry, but we can't accept uncaged pets in this unit.
459 N 5th St is an apartment community located in Albany County and the 82072 ZIP Code.

Located on the Laramie River in southeastern Wyoming, Laramie’s ideal position between the Snowy Range and the Laramie Range places an abundance of outdoor activities within the city’s reach. Laramie residents enjoy access to prime spots for hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, snowmobiling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, camping, and much more.
Laramie was once a lawless frontier town known for rowdy saloons and vigilante justice. Laramie still contains the Wyoming Territorial Prison, which held some of the most violent outlaws in the West, including the infamous Butch Cassidy. Historic preservation and modern delights converge in Laramie’s quaint downtown, where historic buildings contain breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and wall murals.
Now, Laramie is known as a small college town, home to the University of Wyoming, Wyoming Technical Institute, and a branch of Laramie County Community College.
