The resort features a grand clubhouse with a welcoming lobby, resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of poolside loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. Guest will receive a door lock code which will be active 20 minutes prior to check-in time. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Pets are not allowed without previous approval. Upon approval, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Please remove shoes in carpet areas and close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house as it can rain heavily in Florida's rainy season. Please store food in the fridge or sealed containers to avoid attracting pests into the house. Ensure the A/C temperature remains set at or above 72ºF to prevent system issues. All trash should be securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bin.
