I've hosted many traveling professionals over the last 5 years, and they've each taken phenomenal care of the property. I require a minimal term of 3 months, but I've been able to accommodate all of my tenants with an extension if they decide to stay longer. There are brand new beautiful windows throughout the unit that are not pictured.
