This apartment is located in the heart of the colorful and fun neighborhood of Normal Heights. It is furnished with most everything you need for a temporary stay. The property complex is gated and small, so you will get to know your neighbors. It's 1.5 blocks from the main street where there is lots of entertainment, events, and restaurants. There is convenient and assigned parking in front of the building, laundry on-site, and trash service. I've hosted many traveling professionals over the last 5 years, and they've each taken phenomenal care of the property. I require a minimal term of 3 months, but I've been able to accommodate all of my tenants with an extension if they decide to stay longer. There are brand new beautiful windows throughout the unit that are not pictured.
