MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. Pet admin fee of $400 for the 1st pet; $250 for each additional pet. NOT identified as an assistance animal.
Monthly fees for pets are calculated as follows:
A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month, per pet
Pets not covered by screening are treated as a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
Animal Acceptability
Tanked, caged or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages and lizards kept in an enclosure.
Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the “Paw Score” risk level assessed by .
Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case by case basis and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.
Assistance animals, once verified by , will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal.
