Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and sound amplification devices are not allowed. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in a fee of $250 per person. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If the unit is not vacated on time, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM.
