We kindly ask that pets bring their own bed and stay off the furniture. Parking is limited to 2 compact cars per unit, and commercial vehicles are not allowed. The all-inclusive rate covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control. The pool is not heated, and water temperature varies depending on the weather, season, and time of day. Since the property has multiple independent units, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring guests. To maintain a peaceful environment, noise levels should be kept low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. We allow a maximum of 4 dogs per stay with a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance and should be house-trained and non-aggressive. A crate is required if left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and guests should clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.
