Beautiful ocean views from this 2nd floor unit. The views are spectacular from the family room and porch. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and has a split floor plan. This unit comes fully furnished and has lots of natural light and an ocean breeze. Queen bed in guest room and 2 twin beds in master bedroom. Tenant responsible for electric and WiFi. Prepaid amount of $300 will be due prior to move in for electric allowance and WiFi. Basic cable and water/sewer provided by landlord. Proof of liability insurance coverage up to $300,000 must be emailed to the JOC office before move in.
