About This Property

This rental in the Eaton Crest condo complex is less than a mile from the 110 fwy and only a few minutes from the 5, 10, and 710 freeways. You will be South Pasadena and Highland Park adjacent with DTLA, Old Town Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Alhambra, Glendale, and the USC Health Sciences Campus all a short drive away. Nearby Hermon Park along the Arroyo Seco has public tennis courts plus a dog park. Fresco Community Market is walking distance and has a great selection of beer, wine, and fresh groceries. You can get to Highland Park restaurants and bars almost as fast as the hiking trails in 300+ acre Debs Park. The living room opens to a spacious balcony great for entertaining, barbecues, just reading a book or gazing at the mountains in the distance. The master bedroom closet has built-in shelving with ample storage and the second bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The central HVAC system is run by an efficient Nest thermostat allowing you to control it remotely. There is a gated pool (resurfaced this year) and jacuzzi on site. Gated underground parking included with two tandem parking spots. There is a small guest lot and plenty of street parking as well. Our building has an elevator for ease of move-in and handicap access. A private patrol provides security and there’s an optional video surveillance system included with the unit. No Smoking allowed. EV charging should become available in the next year. Pets are welcome but will be screened (we love animals and want to meet yours!)
