The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bedroom with a Queen bed and desk. Upstairs, you'll find two King master bedrooms, one with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet, and another bedroom with a King bed, two closets, and a balcony. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located in the hallway. A free six-passenger golf cart is included for easy travel to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
