Walk 2 blocks and you're looking at the middle of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, with the hotel that shares that name right behind it. The beach is just beyond that, though you have to find the public access to it, which is about a block east. In other words, you're where's it's at. Our studio unit is on the 11th floor, Diamond Head side of the building. No view. Our unit is furnished with: * tv * sofa bed * queen bed * some kitchenware and other items Rent includes: basic cable and wifi, water and sewer. Tenant pays for electricity. Parking available for rent from the AOAO - approx. $150/mo. Amenities: pool, sauna, convenience store, 24 hour on site security, bbq area, recreation deck, exercise room and coin oeprated laundry room. Sorry, this is NOT a short term or vacation rental unit. Minimum lease: 6 months $2,000/ mo - 6 month $1,900/mo - 12 month Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the unit and building.
