RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Rent for this home is only $2,200.00 per month. With an approved application and credit score of 620 or higher, the security deposit is generally $2,200.00. If approved with a slightly lower credit score, at least a double deposit may be required. If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed within 48 HOURS of acceptance (generally known within 24-48 hours of applying) in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 620 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), a double deposit would be required. If accepted with a credit score of 620 or higher the security deposit is generally the same amount as 1 month’s rent ($2,200.00). RENTAL HISTORY- We verify applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent/fees are due to current and/or previous landlords. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years. INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x the market rent (i.e. $2,200.00 x 3.5 = $7,700.00 total combined monthly income). APPLICATIONS & FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED.
