Very easy access to Lake Hefner Parkway which will take you anywhere in the OKC Metro within minutes. The rent is $1395.00/month with a $100.00 early pay discount bringing the rent down to $1295.00/month. Deposit is $1295.00, Non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 for maximum pet size of around 25ish lbs. 12–14-month initial lease. Small dogs under 20lbs OK with a non refundable pet fee of $200. Deposit, 1st and last month rent, any pet fee due at signing. My rent amount is below market value. I’d love to show you this house. I do have a refrigerator, front load washer and dryer currently in the house. If needed, these appliances can stay but you'll need to take care of upkeep, maintenance, or repair. If they quit working you can either have them fixed at your expense, or I will remove them. We don't accept Section 8.
