The main home boasts a full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The living room offers comfortable seating and standard cable TV. The carriage home features a full kitchen with bar seating for 8, a spacious living area with a sofa and love-seat, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Both homes offer access to a private pool oasis with sun loungers, dining areas, seating, and a fire pit. Two grills are available for your use. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for guests age 25+ for cruising to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The property offers ample parking, including space for RVs and boat trailers. Pool heating can be added for a seasonal fee upon request.
