The main home boasts a full kitchen thoughtfully stocked with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and standard cable TV. The carriage home features a full kitchen with bar seating for 8, a spacious living area with a sofa and love-seat, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Both homes offer TVs with standard cable. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for guests age 25+ for cruising to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The property offers a private pool oasis with sun loungers, dining areas, cozy seating, and a fire pit. Two grills are available. Parking is plentiful, accommodating up to 7 vehicles, with room for RV/boat trailer parking.
