There are two grills, a private pool, abundant patio seating for lounging or dining, and a fire pit. The main home includes a kitchen, dining room, and a living room with an oversized sectional and a large TV with standard cable. The carriage home includes a full kitchen, a spacious living area with a sofa and love-seat, and a stackable washer and dryer. An optional six-passenger golf cart is available for rent for guests age 25+. Pool heating is available for $350 for your stay. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST.
